Payment

Invoice

If you purchase on invoice, the outstanding amount is payable within 30 days after the shipping confirmation.
If you pay within 10 days, we grant you a 3% discount.
Please note that you must be authorized by our team to use this payment method.

Prepayment

You have the option of paying your invoices in advance by bank transfer to our account. If you pay within 8 days, we will grant you a 3% discount.

Please note that this payment method is standardized for new customers from other countries.

SEPA Direct debit

With the SEPA direct debit procedure, you have the option of paying simply by having the purchase amount automatically collected by Tranquillo. The amount will be debited from your account within 8 days of invoicing less a 4% discount. You can download the SEPA direct debit mandate here!
