Soap Dish BLUE POTTERY

Shaped by hand, this soap dish is created using the traditional Blue Pottery technique from Jaipur. Characteristic of Blue Pottery are the fine, pore-free surface, the bright colours and the glaze, which protects and strengthens the ceramic. In several steps, from shaping and painting to glazing, a great deal of patience and craftsmanship becomes visible. In this way every piece carries a part of a centuries-old tradition.
