Our Grass-coloured taper candles are hand-poured in Java. Production takes place in a workshop that is a member of the World Fair Trade Organization. The workforce consists mainly of women. The medium shade of green is reminiscent of fresh meadows and natural lightness, and it is precisely this feeling that our taper candle is designed to convey. Made from vegetable stearin wax derived from palm kernels, the candles are vegan, paraffin-free, solid-coloured and dimensionally stable. The wick is made from 100% cotton. The candles burn evenly and without dripping for around 8–9 hours. Measuring Ø 2.2 × 20 cm, they are versatile and complement a variety of candle holders. Each candle is handmade.

WARNING! Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles near flammable objects. Use a heat-resistant candle holder. Keep a safe distance of at least 10 cm between several burning candles. Do not burn in draughts. Do not burn near a heat source. Place candles upright. Shorten the wick to a length of 5 mm before lighting. Do not move the candle while it is burning. Keep the liquid wax free of impurities. Always extinguish the candle with a candle snuffer and never blow it out. Never use liquids to extinguish the candle. Avoid burns – the candle and container can become very hot. Only use the candle in suitable, well-ventilated rooms.
