Our wine-red taper candles are hand-poured in Java. They are produced in a workshop that is a member of the World Fair Trade Organization. The workforce consists mainly of women. The deep burgundy colour adds depth and elegance to your table and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, particularly during the cooler months. Made from vegetable stearin wax derived from palm kernels, the candles are vegan, paraffin-free, solid-coloured and dimensionally stable. The wick is made from 100% cotton. The candles burn evenly and without dripping for around 8–9 hours. Measuring Ø 2.2 × 20 cm, they are versatile and complement a variety of candle holders. Each candle is handmade.
